1. About us
amberlowhome.com ("Amberlow Home", "we", "us") is operated by WildLetters Lda, a company registered in Portugal with NIPC PT515951625 and registered office at Rua Alfredo Allen 455, 4200-135 Porto, Portugal. Contact: support@amberlowhome.com.
These terms apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We sell to consumers in the countries listed in our Shipping Policy.
3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll email you an order confirmation, and the contract between us is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. If your card issuer applies currency conversion or other fees, these are set by them.
5. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions run for the period stated and may be limited to certain products. Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and, unless stated, can't be combined with other offers. We may end or change a promotion early for technical reasons or misuse; orders already placed keep the price paid.
6. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural fibres, dyes and screens can make colours and textures look slightly different in person, and handmade or natural materials can vary a little from piece to piece. Dimensions are approximate. Please follow the care instructions for each product.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to you or someone you've nominated.
8. Returns, cancellations and your statutory rights
You can return items as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any right to cancel and any guarantees about the quality of goods.
9. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
10. Using our website
All content on this website, including images, videos, text, logos and design, belongs to WildLetters Lda or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you allow us to show it on our website and channels. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we publish reviews whether positive or negative, removing only unlawful, offensive or off-topic content.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@amberlowhome.com; we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.
