Which size should I choose?

For a plump look choose a slightly larger insert than your cover – for example a 20 × 20 in insert in a 18 × 18 in cover. The same size as the cover gives a flatter, tailored look.

Does it come with a cover?

No – it is the plain white insert only. Pair it with any of our covers.

It arrived flat – is that normal?

Yes – it is vacuum-packed for delivery. Unpack it, give it a good shake and leave it for a few hours to fluff up.

How do I care for it?

How long does delivery take?

Can I return it?
