Good to know

How many do I get?

A set of 2 matching tiebacks – one for each side of the window.

How do they work?

Wrap the cord around the gathered curtain and bring the two balls together – the magnets click and hold. No hooks or screws are needed.

Will they hold heavy curtains?

They suit most lined, velvet and sheer curtains. With very heavy drapes, gather a little less fabric in each tieback.

How do I care for them?

Wipe them with a dry cloth. Keep the magnets away from bank cards, phones and pacemakers.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Shipping is free.

Can I return it?

Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its original packaging, and we refund your return postage. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how it works.
