Good to know

Which size should I choose?

16 in suits a chair seat or as a small mat, 31 in a bedside or reading chair, and 47 in sits under a small side table or in a cozy corner.

Can I wash it?

Yes – it can go in the washing machine at up to cold (86°F max). Don't bleach, hang it to dry and don't dry clean it.

Will it slip?

The dotted backing helps it grip smooth floors. On very slippery floors add a non-slip rug pad.

It arrived folded – will the creases go?

Yes – lay it flat with something heavy on the creases for a day or two, or iron it gently on a low setting.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Shipping is free.

Can I return it?

Yes – you have 30 days from delivery to return it unused and in its original packaging. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is defective. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the details.
