Good to know

Which size do I need?

Choose the size of your mattress – each size lists its width, length and the mattress depth it fits.

How is it different from a fitted protector, and how do I put it on?

It covers the whole mattress – top, sides and base – and closes with a zipper, instead of tucking under like a fitted sheet. Stand the mattress on its side, slide the cover over it, lay it back down and close the zipper all the way round.

Is it waterproof?

Yes – the fabric has a waterproof TPU backing.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold (86°F max); don't iron, bleach or dry clean.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Shipping is free.

Can I return it?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and we refund your return postage. For hygiene reasons we can't take a mattress protector back once its packaging has been opened – this doesn't affect your rights if it is defective. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how it works.
